Mrs. Janet Opiata Odingo and Mr. Noel Otieno Olweny were approved by the House after being recommended by the County Assembly Service Board, chaired by the Speaker Hon. Elisha Oraro. The duo emerged top in an interview among other shortlisted candidates who included Mr. Charles Ndiege Akach, Mr. Roy Samo, Mrs. Janet Opiata Odingo, Mrs. Grace Jowi Jobita, Mr. Rosemary Aluoch Okello, Mr. Ismael Noo Onyango, Mrs. Monica A. Ogada and Mr. Joseph Edison Ochwanda.
