Directorate of Communication and Information Services

Provides and coordinates the Assembly’s information and knowledge services, comprising Hansard, Research, Public Communication and Media Relations, ICT and Library Services. Its mandate includes recording and production of Hansard; research and analysis; public and media communication; ICT systems, networks and technical support; library and information resources management; support for Chamber audio and official Assembly broadcasting; internal and external communication and social media; and compilation of the annual Assembly report.
